Tyson Fury is gearing up for a massive rematch against Oleksandr Usyk on December 21, and this time, he's all about revenge. After losing to Usyk in a close split decision back in May, Fury is determined to knock out the Ukrainian champion and reclaim his spot at the top. In that fight, Usyk outlanded Fury 170 to 157, using his speed and precision to overcome Fury's size advantage, but the "Gypsy King" isn't buying it.
“I didn’t think he beat me last time, and I’m damn sure not going to let him beat me this time," Fury said in a recent interview with IFL. He's laser-focused on delivering a knockout, much like he did in his second fight against Deontay Wilder in 2020. Fury is confident: "I'm going to knock this c&$% out this time, and I will." For him, it’s all about visualizing that win and then executing it when it counts.

While Fury gives Usyk credit for his victory, he’s more fired up than ever to get back in the ring and set things straight. "I can’t take anything away from Usyk. He got the decision over me, and we’ve got to run it back," Fury admitted. But that loss, Fury says, woke him up and reignited his hunger to win, and he's ready to channel that aggression into the rematch.
As for a future clash with Anthony Joshua, who recently suffered a knockout loss to Daniel Dubois, Fury isn't too worried. His full attention is on Usyk. "I have somebody [in Usyk] who has a win over me... That’s what I am concerned about," Fury explained. Right now, he’s focused on reclaiming his victory and taking back what he believes is rightfully his.
