Dmitry Bivol is set to face Artur Beterbiev in a highly anticipated undisputed light heavyweight championship fight on June 1st, broadcast live from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on ESPN+. The event promises to be a historic one, as all four 175-lb titles are up for grabs, and the winner will emerge as the undisputed champion of the division.
Beterbiev, the reigning IBF/WBC/WBO champion with a perfect record of 20-0 and all wins coming by knockout, shared his thoughts on the upcoming bout, showing his readiness to add another title to his collection. “I see this fight as just an opportunity to collect another belt,” Beterbiev stated, adding a bold prediction about knocking out Bivol to claim his 21st KO victory.

Bivol, the WBA champion, is known for his less aggressive style, planning to box his way towards a decision win. However, he acknowledges the challenge Beterbiev presents, “It won’t be easy,” said Bivol.
Eddie Hearn, backing Bivol, highlighted the challenge, “He’s one of the dangerous opponents...this fight is going to be a huge test.” Bivol added, “I believe in my skills. I’ve been in boxing 28 years. I just believe I can be undisputed.”
The full card also features several other compelling bouts, including Deontay Wilder vs Zhilei Zhang, Daniel Dubois vs Filip Hrgovic, Raymond Ford vs Nick Ball for the WBA featherweight title, and Craig Richards vs Willy Hutchinson. Additionally, Austin “Ammo” Williams will face Hamzah Sheeraz, adding depth to an already stellar lineup.
