Artur Beterbiev had enough of Eddie Hearn’s comments during the final press conference ahead of his undisputed light heavyweight clash with Dmitry Bivol this Saturday in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The usually calm and composed Beterbiev snapped at Hearn after the British promoter called him “arrogant” and claimed he looked “depleted” ahead of the fight.
Beterbiev, who holds the IBF, WBC, and WBO belts, didn’t appreciate Hearn’s trash talk, especially when the promoter confidently predicted that Bivol would become the undisputed champion. At one point, Beterbiev turned to Hearn and said, “You talk a lot,” clearly irritated by the constant jabs. He even teased Hearn, suggesting that he might deal with him before finishing off Bivol in the ring.

Hearn, who has a lot riding on this fight with hopes for a big-money rematch between Bivol and Canelo Alvarez, wasn’t backing down either. He fired back with his own playful remarks, saying Beterbiev should focus on the fight before worrying about him. The exchange brought some unexpected tension to the press conference, but it also showcased Beterbiev’s fiery side, something fans don’t often see.
Beterbiev-Bivol is closer and closer!
