At Montreal Casino, Camile Estephan of Eye of the Tiger Management presented a boxing spectacle, where the main event featured NABA and NABF Super Middleweight champion Erik Bazinyan (30-0, 21 KOs) going toe to toe with the experienced Jose “El Chanquito” de Jesus Macias (28-12-4, 14 KOs) in a 10-round bout.

Despite his 12 losses, Macias proved to be a formidable contender for the Armenian-Canadian champion Bazinyan. With this being his sixth appearance in Canada, the Mexican pugilist pushed Bazinyan to the edge. It was a back-and-forth battle that saw Bazinyan staggered in the seventh round, but he demonstrated why he's an undefeated champion by bouncing back in the following round.

In the co-main event of the evening, former IBF North American champ Steve “The Dragon” Claggett (35-7-2, 25 KOs) squared off against former WBA Super Feather champ southpaw Alberto “El Explosivo” Machado (23-4, 19 KOs). The fight lived up to its billing, with Claggett turning the tide in his favor with a significant double left hook in the second round, leading to a third-round victory.

In the undercard, Avery “The Future” Martin Duval (10-0-1, 6 KOs) triumphed over Andres “Martillo” Sanchez (6-6, 3 KOs), Christopher Guerrero (7-0, 3 KOs) stopped Heriberto “Demoledor” Santillan (3-1, 2 KOs), and Alexandre Gaumont (8-0, 6 KOs) dispatched Piotr “Majic” Bis (6-3-1, 2 KOs). A contentious fight took place between Thomas “The Ghost” Chabot (9-0, 7 KOs) and Louis “Archi” Bolanos Lopez (4-3-1, 0 KOs), with Chabot controversially coming out victorious.
