In the main event, WBO middleweight champion Janibek Alimkhanuly (15-0, 10 KOs) faced off against IBF middleweight champion Vincenzo “Il Capo” Gualtieri (21-1-1, 7 KOs). The initial rounds were marked by a lack of action, but Alimkhanuly managed to take control in the later rounds. In the sixth round, a powerful left uppercut from Alimkhanuly sent Gualtieri reeling, leading to a barrage of punches that forced the referee to stop the fight. This victory solidified Alimkhanuly's position in the middleweight division.

The co-main event saw 2020 Olympian Silver Medalist Keyshawn “The Businessman” Davis (10-0, 6 KOs) take on Nahir “Woo” Albright (16-3, 7 KOs) in a lightweight bout. The match was a tactical affair, with both fighters displaying caution in the early rounds. Despite a spirited effort from Albright, who managed to hurt Davis in the seventh round, Davis secured a majority decision victory with scores of 95-95, 96-94, and 97-93.

The undercard was filled with action-packed bouts. 2020 Olympic Silver medalist Duke Ragan (9-0, 1 KO) faced a tough challenge from Jose “El Mudo” Perez (11-2-2, 5 KOs), but managed to secure a split decision victory despite being knocked down in the fifth round. Heavyweight Guido “The Gladiator” Vianello (11-1-1, 9 KOs) earned a unanimous decision win over Curtis “The Hurt” Harper (14-10, 9 KOs) in a bout that lacked excitement. Super Lightweight Kelvin “Night Night” Davis (10-0, 6 KOs) secured a unanimous decision victory over Narciso Carmona (11-2-1, 6 KOs) in a scrappy contest. The night concluded with heavyweight 2020 Olympic Silver Medalist Richard Torrez, Jr. (7-0, 7 KOs) stopping Tyrrell “Too Real” Herndon (21-4, 14 KOs) in the second round, showcasing his knockout power.
