Yah Filmworks & Promotions returns with “The South Got Something 2 Say Bout Boxing II” at the Champion Boxing Gym in Jonesboro, Georgia. The event will stream live on BLK Prime, promising a night of intense matchups featuring fighters from Atlanta and Philadelphia. Leading the promotion is Yahya McClain, who has been vocal about southern boxing talent and delivering top-notch entertainment for fight fans.
The main event pits Brian Norman (17-11, 5 KOs) from the ATL against Greg Hackett (3-23-1, 0 KOs) of Philadelphia. Their beef began online after a heated exchange about Norman’s son, the rising star Brian Norman Jr, and Philly favorite Jeron Ennis. Now, both men have chosen to settle the score in the ring. Additionally Philly fighters Ismail Muhammad (6-0, 3 KOs) and Dennis Thompson (3-0, 2 KOs) will also see action, as well as Atlanta’s own Trakwon Pettis (5-1, 2 KOs), Joshua Moreno (3-0, 2 KOs), Amir Worthy (1-0, 0 KOs), Anthony Reeves (2-1-1, 2 KOs), and Issabel Vasquez (1-0, 0 KOs) in the female fight of the night.
