Sandoval is keen to kick off a new streak of knockouts after capturing the attention of boxing enthusiasts on the West Coast with his aggressive fighting style that led him to win his first 11 professional fights by knockout. Following his dominant unanimous decision victory over Javier Molina on February 23, 2024 and another ten-round decision win against Angel Rebollar on April 20th, Sandoval confidently declared,
"It’s been too long since my last knockout. A new knockout streak starts on Saturday, August 31st."
