Josh Sandford (7-1-1, 0 KOs) will square off against Adian Williamson (9-0, 1 KO) for the Scottish Area Super Lightweight Title at the Caledonia Gladiators Arena in East Kilbride, Scotland.
Sandford turned pro in November 2021 and has since built a mixed record in his nine bouts, including a recent win over Ramiro Garcia Lopez in May 2024, a draw with Jake Abrol in March, and a loss to James McGivern in late 2023. While he’s faced ups and downs, his experience is expected to test Williamson like never before.
Williamson, eight years younger than Sandford, has remained undefeated across nine fights since turning professional in March 2022. Though his recent wins have come against relatively less experienced fighters, like Donnie MacInnes and Jake Osgood, Sandford is set to be his toughest test yet. This fight will give Williamson a chance to prove himself against a battle-tested opponent.
With the Scottish Area Super Lightweight Title on the line, both fighters are gearing up to make a statement in front of a hometown crowd.
