A welterweight crossroads showdown will take center stage at the next edition of Red Owl Boxing’s Boxfest series as Quinton Randall takes on Janelson Bocachica in a ten-round bout at the Red Owl Boxing Arena in Houston, Texas.
Randall (14-2-1, 3 KOs), a Houston native, is looking to bounce back after suffering consecutive losses to Brian Norman Jr. and Gor Yeritsyan over the past year. Meanwhile, Detroit's Bocachica (17-2-1, 11 KOs) seeks to break a three-year winless streak, which includes a draw, two decision defeats, and a no contest in his last four outings. Both fighters are at a pivotal point in their careers, with a win potentially reigniting their respective trajectories in the sport.
The undercard features an eight-round super middleweight clash between Marquis Moore (11-1, 7 KOs) and Tipton Walker (9-0-1, 6 KOs). In addition, undefeated Giovanni Marquez (10-0, 5 KOs) faces Thomas Guillemette (8-2, 4 KOs) in a six-round junior welterweight contest.
Also on the card, Dayan Depestre (4-0-1, 3 KOs) meets Corey Caad (8-6, 3 KOs) in a six-round junior welterweight bout, and 17-year-old Kumar Prescod makes his professional debut against Skyler Mauller (0-1) in a four-round heavyweight contest.
