Ferreira (6‑0, 2 KOs) turned pro in 2023 after claiming Olympic silver in Tokyo and bronze in Paris. The 31‑year‑old southpaw has lost only a handful of rounds in six paid outings and says Ferreyra is exactly the sort of test she needs before potential showdowns with Caroline Dubois or Terri Harper. “She is no joke and is coming to take my title, but these are the challenges I want,” Ferreira told Matchroom and Most Valuable Promotions.
