Jack Catterall will return to the ring on February 15 at Co-op Live in Manchester, England, where he’ll face unbeaten Arnold Barboza Jr. in a 12-round super lightweight contest. The fight will serve as a final eliminator for the WBO title and will air live on DAZN.
Catterall, 31, fought at the same venue in October, scoring a unanimous decision victory over Regis Prograis to earn his fourth consecutive win. The Chorley native, who also avenged his lone defeat against Josh Taylor earlier this year, now looks to continue his momentum.

“I’m looking forward to fighting back in Manchester,” Catterall said. “I’m not overlooking [Barboza Jr.], but I’m ready to smash him to pieces to cement my spot for the WBO world title.”
Barboza, 33, heads into the showdown off a unanimous decision win over Jose Ramirez in November. Hailing from Long Beach, California, he also notched victories over Sean McComb and Xolisani Ndongeni earlier this year, pushing his perfect record to 31-0.

Beyond the main event, there’s a stacked undercard. Watford’s Reece Bellotti (19-5, 14 KOs) will defend his British and Commonwealth super-featherweight belts against Manchester’s Michael Gomez Jr. (21-1, 6 KOs) in a grudge match. After both men traded verbal jabs in the lead-up, they’ll settle the score when the first bell rings. Meanwhile, Pat McCormack (6-0, 4 KOs) faces a step up in class when he puts his WBA Intercontinental welterweight title on the line against Liverpool veteran Robbie Davies Jr (24-5, 15 KOs).
A Manchester vs. Liverpool showdown adds further spice to the undercard as Zelfa Barrett (31-2, 17 KOs) and Jazza Dickens (34-5, 14 KOs) collide for the WBA International super-featherweight title. Barrett, a former IBF world title challenger, will look to make a statement in front of his home crowd, while Dickens seeks to capitalize on his experience to bring another big win back to Merseyside.
Local light-heavyweight Conner Tudsbury makes his professional debut against Belgium’s Sadaam Moamed Da Silva Caetano, hoping to launch his career with a bang in front of a supportive Manchester audience. Oldham’s Aqib Fiaz (12-1, 1 KO) returns at lightweight against Malta’s Lydon Chircop (7-2, 4 KOs) in a six-round contest, and Manchester super-welterweight puncher William Crolla (6-0, 5 KOs) tests himself against Spain’s Ayoub Zakari (5-7-1, 0 KOs). Opening the show, featherweight Alfie Middlemiss (1-0, 0 KOs) squares off with Caine Singh (1-5-2, 0 KOs) in a four-rounder, kicking off the Before The Bell card.
