World-ranked super welterweight Serhii "El Flaco" Bohachuk (21-1, 21 KOs) of Ukraine, defends his WBC Continental Americas Title in a ten-round contest against Nathaniel "Nate the Great" Gallimore of Chicago, Illinois (22-6-1, 17 KOs) at the Montebello Country Club's Quiet Cannon on UFC FIGHT PASS.
The 27-year-old Bohachuk, who is well-known for his aggressive and fan-friendly fighting style, has been stunning American boxing fans ever since he turned professional six years ago. He returns to the ring after an impressive second-round knockout of veteran Aaron Coley on November 3 of 2022 in front of a star-studded, sold-out Quiet Cannon. Bohachuk's win came after months of struggles in his native country during the war this past year.
Gallimore, a Kingston, Jamaica native, has faced a wide range of elite competitors in the junior middleweight class, including world champions Julian Williams and Sebastian Fundora as well as highly regarded challengers Erickson Lubin, Patrick Teixeira, Justin DeLoach, and Jeison Rosario. After a tough fight on November 5 of 2022 against unbeaten challenger Fiodor Czerkaszyn, he hopes to get back on the winning track. Prior to that, on June 27, 2021, Gallimore defeated Leon Lawson III after ten rounds.
In the co-feature, undefeated rising star Omar Cande Trinidad (10-0-1, 8 KOs) faces Jose Luis Ramirez, (28-8, 16 KOs) in the 8 rounds featherweight clash.
