Fight Details

Super lightweight contender Arthur “The Wolf” Biyarslanov (15-0, 13 KOs) was initially set to face seasoned Mexican fighter Marcos Villasana (28-7, 15 KOs), but Marcos pulled out of the fight in last second and was changed by Tamas Kiliti (10-0, 6 KOs).

Biyarslanov, a former Rio Olympian, will be defending his NABF title for the first time in this matchup. "My goal is to advance in the rankings with each fight. I plan to step up my level of opposition every time until the day I get my chance at the top."

Biyarslanov joined Eye of the Tiger promotions in March. His trainer, Samuel Décarie-Drolet, echoed the fighter's confidence and determination, saying, "As I’ve already told the entire Eye of the Tiger team, with Arthur, we won’t say no to any opponent and won’t shy away from any challenge."

His initial opponent, Villasana, has proven his mettle by winning 13 of his last 14 bouts. Despite his impressive resume, Décarie-Drolet emphasized the seriousness with which they are approaching this fight, noting, "Villasana should not be taken lightly; he has already defeated several unbeaten prospects. No one has really stopped him [one stoppage loss due to an injury]. We are definitely aiming for victory, but the goal is to stop him."

The event, promising a night of exciting bouts, will be broadcast ESPN+. The card features light heavyweight hopeful Iman Khataev (7-0, 7 KOs), two-time world title challenger Mary Spencer (8-2, 6 KOs), and a lineup of undefeated prospects including Christopher Guerrero (11-0, 6 KOs), Avery Martin Duval (11-0-1, 7 KOs), Jhon Orobio (10-0, 9 KOs), Wilkens Mathieu (9-0, 6 KOs), and Moreno Fendero (6-0, 4 KOs).
