Danish super middleweight Jacob Bank has extended his promotional agreement with Primetime Promotions - led by Kasper Holgersen - and British outfit Goldstar, keeping his rising career aligned on both sides of the North Sea. The 24-year-old sits at 16-0 (8 KOs), ranked No. 5 by the WBO and No. 7 by the EBU, with wins over Ralfs Vilcans and Ronny Landaeta as he edges toward the top tier.
The next step comes September 13 in Kolding, Denmark, live on DAZN, where Bank meets former secondary WBA titleholder Tyron Zeuge (29-2-1, 16 KOs). Zeuge, 33, owns victories over Paul Smith and Giovanni De Carolis, lost his belt to Rocky Fielding in 2018, and has gone 7-1 since, the lone defeat to Zach Parker in March 2024—making him a credible barometer for where Bank stands.
There’s been movement in Bank’s corner as well. A brief link-up with Joey Gamache ended after one fight; Bank - managed by Spencer Brown - is back with trainers Nicolai Dittman and Martin Buhl Lindskov for the Zeuge assignment. Stability outside the ropes meets a step-up inside them.
For Bank, this is the right opponent at the right time: a seasoned ex-belt holder with form and a name. For Zeuge, it’s a chance to reassert himself on the road. The winner leaves Kolding with momentum - and, for Bank, the possibility of converting rankings into real title pressure.
