Light heavyweight prospect Samuel “Squirm” Arnold III (10-0, 6 KOs) is set to take on Mohamed Zawadi (9-1, 8 KOs) in London, Ontario. The fight will be for a vacant youth title and promises fireworks as both fighters step into their first-ever eight-rounder.
Arnold, just 21 years old, has been making waves since turning pro at 17, finishing most of his opponents early. Zawadi, on the other hand, has been on a seven-fight win streak, with six of those victories coming by stoppage. His last loss was back in 2021, and he’s eager to prove himself against a rising star like Arnold.
"This is an amazing fight, and Arnold is our newest signee and a force to be reckoned with," said Daniel Otter of Three Lions Promotions. "Zawadi is the perfect test for him, and it’s going to be a great matchup."
The undercard adds even more excitement, with Eric Basran (6-0, 2 KOs) making his debut under the Three Lions banner in a lightweight contest against Peru’s Luis Prieto (5-2, 4 KOs). Other fighters on the card include Marc Pagcaliwangan (10-1-1, 8 KOs), Dylan Taylor (2-0, 1 KO), and Maxime Turcotte-Novosedlik (1-1, 0 KOs).
